What services do your company offer?

We provide a range of professional cleaning services tailored to London residents, including regular domestic and office cleans on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly schedule, as well as one-off cleans. Additionally, we offer deep cleans that cover thorough internal cleaning of ovens, fridges, extractors, and hobs for a more intensive refresh or end-of-tenancy preparation.

Are your cleaners vetted and insured?

Yes, all our staff are fully vetted through background checks and references to ensure trustworthiness. We are also fully insured, providing coverage for any accidental damage or issues during the service, giving you complete peace of mind.

How often can I schedule cleaning services?

You can choose a schedule that fits your needs: weekly for ongoing maintenance, bi-weekly for moderate upkeep, monthly for lighter requirements, or one-off sessions for specific occasions like post-event cleanups or seasonal deep cleans.

What is included in your deep cleans?

We deliver customised thorough, eco-friendly deep cleans that restore kitchen appliances to like-new condition using safe, non-toxic solutions and specialist techniques. These can be for a single appliance (refrigerator) or (often bundled) cooker & extractor clean - or all appliances.

How do you handle access to my property?

For your convenience, our vetted staff can be entrusted with access keys if needed, particularly for regular scheduled cleans when you're not home. We handle keys securely and return them promptly after each service. Alternatively, we can coordinate to clean while you're present.

What is your cancellation policy for regular cleans?

For regular domestic cleans (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), we require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If notice is given with less than 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost may apply to cover our staff's time and preparation. This aligns with standard practices for cleaning services in London.

What are your cancellation policies for one-off, deep or end-of-tenancy cleans?

For one-off deep cleans or end-of-tenancy services, we require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the quoted price. This policy helps us manage scheduling and ensures fairness, in line with common London cleaning industry standards.

How long does a typical clean take?

Typically 2-4 hours - 2-hour (minimum) for regular (weekly/fortnightly) or standard one-off cleans.

3 hour (minimum) for one-off cleans.

Deep cleans can take 4-8 hours - sometimes longer for larger properties.

What happens if I'm not satisfied with the clean?

We stand by our work. If you're not happy with any aspect of the service, let us know within 24 hours (for regular cleans) or 48 hours (deep cleans), and we'll arrange a free re-clean of the affected areas to meet your expectations.
